Delivery delays and some communication hiccups

I bid and won a Chevrolet Silverado through Phils Cars for about $30,000. The deposit was handled efficiently by the agent, but then the communication about delivery to Texas got a bit spotty. It took much longer than estimated, and I had to chase for updates. When the truck finally arrived, it was as described in the report, which was a relief. The 10-day inspection period was fine, but the overall delivery experience could use some improvement. Title transfer eventually went through.
